Workshop Wednesday #18- Playing with Wax Paper

One last Earth Month tutorial!!

I know technically wax paper wouldn’t be considered a recyclable but…

Who doesn’t have Wax Paper just sitting around in the pantry? So we are gonna end this month with a super simple technique that creates a really beautiful outcome!! Take a look:

What do you think? How simple is that? And the end result is just gorgeous isn’t it? I love the embossed look without the 3D effect! Sometimes that embossing can get really bulky and damage your paper but with this technique you get the look of the embossing that you can customize how ever you would like with mists or inks or any other medium!! Hope you have fun with this one!!

See you all again next month when I think we are gonna play with Liquid Pearls. Anyone have any really great ideas I need to check out? Ta-ta!!

Hey there!! You want to know alittle about me?hmmm... I'm a mom of 2 beautiful little girls. My wonderful husband and I have been together for 10 years this spring and married for 7. We have a perfect little acreage in Central Alberta, Canada. I spend my summer outside growing the food to feed the tiny humans and the winter inside making gifts for our family and friends. I have been creating since I was a young teenager but only really got to be serious since my daughters were born. I work part time evenings so I can be home raising our daughters in the day time and creating beautiful things and make alittle spending money in the evenings to pay for the supplies to create the beautiful things! LOL Hubby is crazy supportive of the new roles I have developed in the online crafting world and is always so proud of the things I create! I am so blessed to have him and little girls that squeal "Mommy its prefect!!" supporting me on my creative journey! Come along with us!! We can all keep learning new things together!!
