Hello everyone and Happy Tuesday!

It’s  Audrey from the DT and I am thrilled to be sharing 3 different projects with you this month, each one using the same image – Spring Maiden Autumn Rose.  This wonderful image can be found in the Faery Ink Shop.    As always, Amanda’s images from Faery Ink Shop are super fun to color and lend themselves to so many possible project ideas – I demonstrated that for all of you this month by using different color schemes and creating what I think are 3 very different projects, each fitting well with this image I chose.

For my first creation, I made an Easter Basket.  I chose a template from my Silhouette Library and used papers from Basic Grey to decorate the basket.   I added Basic Grey brads to attach the sides to the base of the basket as well as affix the handle.  Ribbon is May Arts and spray/sparkly berries are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Sentiment is a Jaded Blossom clear stamp cut with an MFT die.

I always like to include a close up view of my colored image, so here she is.  I hope this closer version shows a little more of the depth I tried to create on the image.  Image is cut out with my Cameo.

Copic Colors used for my image coloring

Face/Skin: E04, E13, E11, E21, E00, R21

Eyes: E49, 57

Hair: E49, E37, E13

Dark Pink (dress and flowers):  RV69, RV95, RV55, RV52, RV00

Teal (dress and flowers): BG09, BG49, BG57, BG53, BG13

Purple (dress and flowers): V09, V17, V15, V12

My next creation also features Spring Maiden Autumn Rose.  This time around I chose a pastel color palette, using lighter shades that I tend to shy away from typically.  I have to admit that I am really loving how this color scheme turned out.  For my second creation, I made a bridal shower invite.  For this, I went with a screen card template from my Silhouette Library and again found some Basic Grey papers that I thought worked well.  Image is cut with my Cameo.  I stamped the words of the invite on gold vellum using Brilliance ink and then dried with my heat gun.  This part is cut with a die from my stash.  I also added bling flourishes from Zva Creative, brads from Basic Grey and crystals from Prima

Lastly, I have a birthday card which I created using the reverse of a fold I have used many times before – instead of the middle popping out, it sinks down into the card and I also added a border on the bottom.  I saw something similar on Pinterest.  I chose papers from Basic Grey and Echo Park, and buttons from Basic Grey.  I added sentiment balloons stamped with Reverse Confetti clear stamps onto vellum and cut with scissors.  I also used a stamp on vellum for the bow holding the balloon strings, which I drew in with Sharpie paint pen, together.

Like each of my other projects shared today, I chose a different color palette for Spring Maiden Autumn Rose.
