Tutorial Tuesday – Coloring Breezy Mermaid with Copics

posted in: Creativity, DIY, Tutorial Tuesday | 2

Hello! Welcome to Tutorial Tuesday!

Welcome to Faery Ink’s first (and hopefully not last) Tutorial Tuesday! =) Yay!!

This week we are going to color Breezy Mermaid with my favorite alcohol markers ever – Copics… Woohoo!

Breezy Mermaid by Amanda S Byron www.faeryink.com

If you don’t already have Breezy Mermaid, you can grab her here: Breezy Mermaid Digital Stamp

The colors I’m using are listed on the video by code for Copics users. I also share the color palette for those of you using a different brand or coloring tool so you can just eyeball the colors to match with what you’ve got and follow along <3

Here’s the Copics list in case you want to have them on hand before starting the video…

B00 . BG01, BG45. BG05. BG49. G12. YG21. YG03. W7. W5. W3. E15. YR16. Y38. R20. E11. E21. E00. E000 (optional)

I also use a Sakura Gelly Roll white gel pen which I failed to mention in the video till I began using it.

You can skip the white gel pen if you don’t have one, but it’s nice for some little details at the end.

I hope you enjoy the video, learn something new and have a fantastic week!

Whimsical wishes!

I love to make stuff, draw, paint, cook, read, play guitar, bargain hunt, read tarot & runes and listen to music. I’m trying to love living a more active lifestyle, but I’m an introverted hermit so active’s not so easy!
